Firm partners with industry leaders to expand access to retirement plans for small businesses.
Cambridge, a leading provider of financial solutions to independent financial professionals, is excited to announce the launch of EveryoneSaves
PEPs, which were first launched in 2021, are a newer retirement vehicle created under the SECURE Act to help close the nation’s retirement plan coverage gap. PEPs allow multiple, unrelated businesses to pool their purchasing power to access better benefits, service, and pricing with less in-house administrative overhead.
Cambridge created EveryoneSaves based on the core belief that everyone should have the opportunity to plan and save for what’s most important to them.
“Every individual is different. Some are well on their way in their financial journeys, while others may be looking for guidance in getting started,” said Jeff Vivacqua, Cambridge’s President of Growth and Development. “As an industry, we must be ready to meet everyone wherever they are, whatever their needs may be. EveryoneSaves will allow Cambridge and our more than 3,800 financial professionals to better serve working Americans.”
EveryoneSaves is part of the Cambridge and Retirement Plan Advisors (RPA) partnership that launched in 2022 to bring comprehensive plan and participant services to communities nationwide. RPA, an independent registered investment advisor that brings decades of experience advising employer-sponsored retirement plan assets, will serve as the 3(38) fiduciary investment manager and managed account provider for EveryoneSaves.
“The EveryoneSaves PEP brings together industry experts to deliver institutional-level services to even the smallest employers. EveryoneSaves allows small business owners to focus on running their company while we take care of their retirement plan,” said RPA President Josh Schwartz. “Whether you are a wealth management-focused advisor or group plan-focused, EveryoneSaves can help your practice run more efficiently and profitably.”
EveryoneSaves employs a leading participant engagement platform to provide a streamlined enrollment experience with a personalized, goal-oriented managed account program. Employers and financial professionals will benefit from the data insights and marketing and communication resources available on the platform.
Joining Cambridge and RPA on the plan are Group Plan Systems (GPS) and Ameritas. As the pooled plan provider, GPS leads the PEP service team by providing extensive retirement plan expertise and fiduciary oversight. Ameritas, the PEP recordkeeper and third-party administrator, performs all compliance testing, preparation of government filing reports, and maintains responsibility for all plan operations.
“Partnering with leaders in the retirement plan industry like Ameritas, Group Plan Systems, and Retirement Plan Advisors allows us to open the door for millions of Americans to access the technology, tools, and guidance they need,” Vivacqua added. “We are very excited to support our financial professionals in delivering this outstanding solution.”
