Haley Erickson

Chief Compliance Officer

With nearly 20 years of experience in retirement plan administration and compliance, Haley focuses on the operational and fiduciary complexities associated with administering retirement plans across multiple adopting employers.

Her expertise includes qualified plan compliance, annual administration, correction procedures, operational process design, audit coordination, Form 5500 reporting, and the practical implementation of complex ERISA requirements within scalable service models. Haley is particularly passionate about creating operational consistency across service providers and helping organizations proactively identify plan design and administrative risks before they become compliance issues.

Known for translating highly technical retirement plan concepts into practical, actionable guidance, Haley regularly works with TPAs, recordkeepers, payroll providers, auditors, and legal counsel to support compliant and efficient plan operations.

Haley earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duquesne University and holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA®) designation. She is an active member and Co-Chair of the Oregon chapter of WIPN (We Inspire Promote Network) and currently serves as President-Elect of the Portland chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Council.
